1. Trades only!!! I'm not looking to make any money off of this so I'm only interested in trades. I understand that a collection starts with a single item so I'm down with trading recordings for any relevant junk you may be willing to part with.

2. Burn cds Disc At Once (DAO). Any cd that I receive with the standard 2 second gap will be resent back to you with a spanking. If you are unable to record DAO or the source cd has gaps please let me know and it won't be a problem.

3. Please use name brand CDRs. High grade Sony, Maxell, Memorex, Fuji or TDK only please. My cd burner and players hate cheap CDRs so the use of store brand spooled CDRs or generic label CDRs is frowned upon.

4. If I contact you for a trade, I will send first. If you contact me, you send first. Pretty standard agreement that ensures that neither of us get ripped off. Good for bizness, me thinks.

5. Shipping methods are negotiable. Times are tough and while sending things via Priority Mail is faster in the US it's also waaay cheaper to send first class. Being as I'm a cheap ass, first class works fine for me unless we're both quite antsy to get it at which point we can agree on Priority mail. Outside of the US each party is responsible for their own shipping costs.

6. Please ship in a padded envelope. The use of jewel cases is completely up to you but please make sure the cds are well packaged.

7. Trade 1 for 1. People who trade 2 for 1 are assholes. Nothing I have is worth any more or less than what anybody else has so people who play fair rock.

8. Front/back cover inserts are optional. I'm lazy. The end.

9. Bootlegs downloaded from the internet are ok. Mp3 source recordings are ok *IF AND ONLY IF* they A. have a source of 192kb or higher and 2. you tell me first. I can tell the difference between 192kb and 160/128kb so don't even try it.

10. Please use name brand media for DVD trades I prefer Memorex, Sony, Fuji, TDK, etc but I won't have a fit if you only have generic.

11. I am happy to do cdrs for dvdr trades. I trade 4 cdrs to 1 dvd-r. This is only because the media is still relatively pricey and it takes alot more time to burn a dvd-r.
